Controls

A short summary of how MISSIN keeps your data safe: encryption, separate workspaces, limited access, sign-in, backups, payments and reporting.

Encryption

  • Every connection to MISSIN is encrypted with HTTPS.
  • The credentials for the stores and tools you connect are encrypted when they are stored.

Your workspace is kept apart

  • Each workspace's data is kept apart from every other workspace's in the database itself.

Access

  • Access to production systems and data is limited to the people who need it.
  • You sign in through our identity provider, with a password or a Google account. MISSIN never sees or stores your password.

Backups

  • MISSIN's database is backed up with scheduled snapshots, and production data is never copied into another environment.

Payments

  • Card payments are taken by Stripe. MISSIN never sees or stores your card number.

Reporting a vulnerability

  • Email info@missin.co.uk with what you found and how to reproduce it. Please give us a chance to fix it before you share it.
