What is MISSIN?

What MISSIN does in one page: it collects every touch-point a customer meets and joins it to the order it earned, with the reasons.

MISSIN is an attribution engine. It collects the touch-points a customer meets on the way to buying, such as a partner's post, a form they answered, a discount code they used or an email they were sent, and joins each one to the order it earned.

The engine that makes that call is Mend. Every verdict it reaches comes with the journey behind it, so you can see why an order was credited where it was.

What feeds Mend

Forms and incentives ask customers where they heard about you, and reward the answer.
Discounts are one record per code, placed onto your Shopify, Stripe, Klaviyo and Mailchimp accounts.
Partners and posts collect what the people who post for you publish.
Campaigns gather the posts, emails, codes and partners of one push.

You can also run MISSIN from an AI assistant such as Claude: ask it to find a partner or file posts into a campaign, and it does the work in your workspace.
