MISSIN uses these sub-processors to process merchants' customer data. Changes
are announced 30 days in advance, as the
[data processing agreement](https://docs.missin.co.uk/privacy/data-processing-agreement.md) sets out.

Auth0, Stripe and Metronome process data about merchants, not about merchants'
customers. Shopify, and the tools a merchant connects itself, are not
sub-processors: data sent to them goes on the merchant's instruction to the
merchant's own account, including waitlist subscribers synced to the merchant's own Klaviyo or Mailchimp.
