# Klaviyo

> Connect Klaviyo to read every campaign and flow, the people each one reached and the coupons it carried, and send attribution back.

Klaviyo knows what you sent, to whom, and when — the half of attribution that lives outside the store. Connecting it reads every campaign and flow message, the recipients each one reached, and the coupons it carries, files them into your campaigns, and scores each send as a touchpoint beside partner posts. With write-back on, a confident attribution lands on the profile in Klaviyo too.

## Setup

1. Integrations > Klaviyo > Connect (https://app.missin.co.uk/v1/integrations/klaviyo): Select Connect, then approve access on Klaviyo's own screen. The account lands back on this page.
2. Integrations > Klaviyo > Switch on what you need (https://app.missin.co.uk/v1/integrations/klaviyo): Open View capabilities on the account and switch on what you need.
3. Integrations > Klaviyo > Everything is still answering (https://app.missin.co.uk/v1/integrations/klaviyo): Once a sync has run, this step says nothing has reported a problem.

## Manage connection

Integrations > Klaviyo (https://app.missin.co.uk/v1/integrations/klaviyo) lists each connected account under Connected accounts. To disconnect one, open its menu, choose Remove, then Yes, disconnect.

## Requested permissions

Connecting asks Klaviyo for these scopes on its own consent screen.

## FAQs

### What happens when I disconnect?

Syncing stops and nothing more is pulled. Everything already collected stays as it is, and codes and credits already created on the account stay there too. Delete its data too, in the same menu, removes the account's events, placements and history for good after a second confirmation; orders and form responses stay, unlinked.

### Why does Connect say Limit reached?

Your plan sets how many integrations a workspace can connect. The button says how many you are using and on which plan; upgrade to connect more, or contact support where no upgrade is offered.
